3 Side Seal Pouches

Three side seal pouches are one of the most cost-effective flexible packaging formats for flat, lightweight products. Gerun Pack manufactures them from multilayer laminates combining aluminum foil, PET, and PE, giving a near-impermeable barrier against moisture, oxygen, light, and odor. The three sealed edges deliver a clean rectangular profile that stacks and ships efficiently, making them a favorite for single-serve sachets, powder sticks, and sample packs. Our 3 side seal bags are engineered for high-speed filling on vertical and horizontal form-fill-seal lines. Options include tear notches, laser scoring for easy opening, and degassing vents where required. Matte, gloss, and soft-touch finishes are available, with rotogravure or digital printing up to 10 colors for shelf impact. Typical applications: spice and seasoning sticks, instant coffee and tea sachets, condiment samples, cosmetic samples, nutraceutical powders, and electronic component pouches. For dry, low-volume products they are often the most economical choice versus stand-up or flat-bottom formats.
