Material & Structure

Our spout pouches feature a robust multi-layer structure: PET (outer layer for print quality and structural strength) / Aluminum Foil or NY (barrier layer) / PE (inner sealant layer for liquid resistance and seal integrity). The spout is inserted and heat-welded into the top of the pouch during manufacturing, creating a leak-proof seal. OTR below 0.5 cc/m²/day and WVTR below 0.5 g/m²/day. All materials are food-grade certified and the spout materials (PP or PE) are selected for product compatibility.
